Vexon Commerce

Privacy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

This page explains, in plain words, what commerce.vexon.co collects about you and why.

It covers this website only. Each shop that runs Vexon Commerce has its own privacy policy for its shoppers. The Vexon Commerce staff app is covered by Vexon's privacy policy.

1. Who we are

This website is run by Vexon (Vexon Group Ltd), which is responsible for the personal information described here. For anything about this policy or your information, email [email protected].

2. What we collect

When you use the Get started form: your name, email address, what you sell, your current platform if you tell us, and anything you write about your shop.

When you visit any page: like every website, our servers and network providers receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you ask for. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We don't use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

3. Why we use it

We use what you send through the form to reply to you and talk about whether Vexon Commerce suits your shop. Under UK data protection law, our basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you started, or taking steps you've asked for before any agreement.

We use technical information to run the site, fix problems and protect it from abuse, which is also a legitimate interest.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and for any conversation that follows, then delete it. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security, unless we need them to look into abuse.

5. Who we share it with

Amazon Web Services delivers form submissions to our inbox by email. Our hosting and network providers carry the site's traffic. They act on our instructions and only for these purposes.

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. We may disclose it if the law requires us to.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, ask us to restrict or stop using it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email [email protected] and we may need to check it's you before we act.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

7. Cookies

This site doesn't use cookies for analytics or advertising. You can control cookies at any time in your browser settings.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Bigger changes will be made clear on the site.
