Getting startedLast checked

Signing in

The admin lives at /admin on your shop's address, such as https://shop.example.com/admin. Staff sign in on the same Sign in page as shoppers, with their email and password. If you land on your account page after signing in, go to /admin again.

You need a staff role to get in. Forgotten your password? Choose Forgotten your password? on the Sign in page.

The menu

The menu down the left groups everything by job. What you see depends on your role, and some items only appear once their feature is switched on.

Choose Collapse at the bottom of the menu to make it narrow.

The dashboard

The Dashboard shows the last seven days: Revenue, Orders, average order value (AOV) and Conversion, each compared with the seven days before. Below that, Needs attention lists anything waiting, such as orders to fulfil, and Recent orders shows the latest ones. If every queue is empty, it says so.

Along the top

  • Search: choose Search, or press Ctrl K (⌘ K on a Mac), and type a product title, SKU, order number or customer.
  • Alerts: shows things to act on, such as products running low.
  • Your name: opens Your account, where you set up two-factor sign-in, and Sign out.

If your account works with more than one shop, the shop's name at the top opens a list to switch between them.
