Check what the AI helper prepared, fix anything wrong, then approve and publish it.

Before you start

To approve and publish drafts, you need a role that can publish products: Manager, Admin or Owner. Anyone can check and edit a draft first.

Drafts from the staff app

  1. 1

    Open AI drafts

In the admin menu, choose Catalog, then AI drafts. It lists products captured in the staff app.

  2. 2

    Check the proposal

Read the title, description, categories, price, stock and photos. Fix anything that's wrong. Categories only ever come from your shop's own list.

If the price is missing, the AI helper didn't hear one. It never makes one up, so type the selling price yourself.

  3. 3

    Confirm the facts

Tick each check: Prices are right, Quantities are right, Variants are right and Images are right.

  4. 4

    Approve it

Choose Approve revision. The button shows which version you're approving. If it isn't ready, choose Request changes and say what needs changing.

  5. 5

    Publish it

Choose Publish. This creates the product in your shop, with its stock, once.

  1. 1

    Open AI drafts

Tap Products, then the AI drafts tab. Needs review shows drafts waiting for you.

  2. 2

    Check the draft

Use Preview to see the listing, Edit to change it and Sources to see the photos and notes it came from. A price marked Not verified came from your notes or a voice memo: check it.

  3. 3

    Approve it

Choose Review and approve, tick Price is correct, Stock is correct, Variants are correct and Images show this exact item, then choose Approve listing. Approving doesn't publish.

  4. 4

    Publish it

Choose Publish, then confirm. Its first stock goes to your shop's default location.

Descriptions for products you already have

  1. 1

    Ask for drafts

Go to Catalog, then Products. Tick the products you want, then choose Draft descriptions. For makers, use Draft copy on Catalog › Manufacturers.

  2. 2

    Review them

Go to Catalog, then AI descriptions. For each one, choose Accept, Accept with my edits or Reject. Nothing changes on your products until you accept.
