Adding a product from photos
Take photos on your phone and send them to your shop as a draft, ready to finish and publish.
Before you start
Connect the app to your shop and sign in first. You can take photos and save drafts without signing in, but you need to be signed in to send them to your shop.
Capture it
- 1
Choose Add product
Tap Add product on the home screen. It opens Capture product.
- 2
Pick a product type
Choose a type from your shop's own categories, or Other. The app uses it to give the draft a numbered working title, so you can find it again. The real title comes later.
- 3
Take photos
Choose Take photo, or Choose photos to pick from your gallery. You can add up to 12. Start with a clear main photo, then close-ups and other colours. To change which one comes first, choose Make main on another photo.
- 4
Add notes or a voice memo (optional)
Type anything useful in Product notes, or choose Record voice memo and say what it is, the size, the colour and the price. Notes and memos stay private on the phone until the next step.
- 5
Send it to your shop
Your draft saves on the phone as you go. When you're ready, send it to your shop:
- Upload unpublished draft sends the title and photos. Your notes and voice memos stay on the phone.
- Upload privately appears instead when the AI helper is on. It sends your notes, photos and voice memos too, so the AI helper can prepare a draft for you to check.
Finish it
Without the AI helper, the product is now in your shop as an unpublished draft. Open it in the web admin to add the price, stock and description, then publish it.
With the AI helper on, open Products, then the AI drafts tab, to check what it prepared. A price you said out loud is marked Not verified until you confirm it. The AI helper never guesses a price.
