Find the order

Go to Orders, then Orders. Search by order number, name or email, or filter by status, such as Paid. Open an order to see its items, payments, shipments and history.

Only paid orders can be packed. An order on hold has to be released first.

Pack and ship it

  1. 1

    Open Fulfilment

On the order, choose Pick & pack. Or go to Orders, then Fulfilment, where Awaiting lists everything waiting to be packed.

  2. 2

    Claim it (optional)

Choose Claim, so the rest of your team can see you're on it.

  3. 3

    Fulfil it

Choose Fulfil all to send everything in one parcel, or set the quantities and choose Fulfil selected quantities to send part of it now. This makes a shipment, ready to go.

  4. 4

    Print the packing slip

Choose Print packing slip on the shipment. It opens as a PDF to print. To print several at once, tick the orders in the queue and choose Print packing slips.

  5. 5

    Add tracking

Pick the carrier, or Other and type its name, then type the tracking number and choose Save tracking.

  6. 6

    Mark it shipped

Choose Mark shipped. The shopper gets an email saying their parcel is on its way, with the tracking number and a link to track it.

Later, choose Out for delivery and Mark delivered as the parcel moves. Each sends the shopper an email. Resend email sends one again.

The invoice

Choose Invoice PDF on a paid order. The invoice is made, and numbered, the first time someone downloads it.

Cancelling an order

Choose Cancel order on the order, add a reason if you like, and confirm. It puts the stock back, restores any gift card balance and emails the shopper. Card payments through Stripe are refunded automatically. Orders that have already been dispatched can't be cancelled: take a return instead.
